Delivery is by Royal Mail to all UK destinations, which should take between three and five working days.
UK orders, where the value of the goods is over £34.00, will be sent by Recorded Delivery (This is for UK DESTINATIONS ONLY).

Delivery to all destinations outside of the UK is by air mail post.
Overseas orders, where the value of the goods is over £34.00 will be sent by International Signed For air mail delivery. (This is for destinations outside of the Europe only).
Delivery times are approximately 3 to 4 working days for European destinations and 5 to 7 working days for all other destinations outside of Europe.
FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS: If your address is NOT in Europe (or an EU member country), please be aware that customs charges may be payable for orders above certain amounts. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs charges due.

If an order is placed during a working day (Monday to Friday), we try to despatch the order the following day.
We will email you to let you know when your order has been despatched, if you have given your email address.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us, we will always have proof of posting for any items sent. Allow a few extra days, if you live outside of the UK.
Payment is taken by Paypal, and by Bank transfer on request. Cheques are also accepted but only by our UK customers and goods are only sent out once the payment has cleared which normally takes 3-5 working days.
